Configuration

In this part you'll learn how you can configure Cesar2 Integration to better suit your customer's needs. If the installation is done properly, you should already have a working standard solution up and running, but please read this section to better understand how you can tweak Cesar2 Integration if and when that is needed.

  1. Limit which services that are of interest.

  1. See when the integration last ran (cesar timestamp)
  2. Manually run the integration (set a cesar timestamp, save, then press run integration in order to retrieve all cases that have been modified since a certain date. Usefull during go-live for an initial import, or as recovery in case of downtime.)

Cesar Activity Mapping

  1. You can change wich limetype that is to be used.
  2. Add or remove fields to be synced.

The Cesar2 API returns the data structured in different sections. Therefore, the mapping is also divided into subsections. Each subsection lets you add a mapping, consisting of a limeproperty and a cesarproperty. If you can't find the cesarproperty you require, and it is available in the API, please submit an issue on GitHub or make a PR. If the property your looking for is not available in the API, get in contact with SSNF or Digpro to see if they are able to extend the api with the information you require.
